Perhaps developers should be taking a leaf out of Bethesda's book and spend more time on file compression, as the eagerly awaited Fallout 4 is set to have a download size of just over 28 GB. While this is one of the larger games released so far for the next-gen console, it should be noted that the collection is made up of 3 games, which may help explain its size.įor reference, the Uncharted Collection's file size surpasses even GTA V, a game well renowned for its huge install. The 2013 best-selling title sits at 41.8 GB, much of which is taken up by the game's large open-world.
